Blair became a dietitian because she wanted to help people live healthy lives. As a dietitian and health coach, her passion for nutrition is at the heart of her work, but she also believes in taking a holistic approach to coaching. Blair works with her clients to understand what feels right for their body and life, providing the support they need as they move toward a healthier, more vibrant version of themself. Her goal is to help her clients make lasting changes that not only improve physical and mental health, but also feel achievable, enjoyable, and in line with their unique values and lifestyle. For Blair, watching her clients discover what works for them and thrive along the way is the most rewarding part of her work!
